About Mr. Kramer and the "business trip"[]
When Tom is called into his boss Mr. Kramer's office in "The Other Woman" episode, Kramer tries to enlists Tom to escort Judy Smith, a slightly ditzy, but buxom, beautiful blond in the company secreterial pool, on a big company business trip to Acopulco in order to cover up his duplicitous intentions of trying to make adulterous advances towards her himself when he, who had also arranged a flight for he and his wife the next day, arrived.
Needless to say, this gets Tom in really hot water with Helen, who was originally supposed to accompany Tom. When Helen, after an arguement with Tom where she refused to go on the trip, and then a talk with Louise about the subject, decides to make up with Tom by meeting him at the airport and runs into Judy, Tom is later forced to try to explain to a disbelieving Helen that Kramer had strongarmed him into escorting Judy, promising a big promotion for him!
