Where's Papa? was the 117th overall episode of The Jeffersons TV series, also the sixth episode of Season 6. Directed by Bob Lally and written by Peter Casey and David Lee, the episode made its premiere on CBS-TV on November 4, 1979.
Synopsis[]
While going through a bunch of old items, George and Louise discover an old will which belonged to his father. The will states that his father wanted to be buried next to Mother Jefferson, so George sets out to do just that but quickly discovers that this is no easy task.
Storyline[]
The discovery of an unfulfilled request in his father's will leads George on an unusual search into his forgotten past. George's attempt to grant his father's last request, to be buried next to his wife, is complicated by the 40 years that passed since the death of his father.
