When George and Tom get lost sailing, they arrive on an island with friendly natives there who refuse to sell their property to a greedy real estate developer, which happens to be one with whom George plans to invest. Final part and conclusion of 4-episode story.

After their boat capsizes, George and Tom end up on an island where the friendly natives want to stop a greedy real estate developer. Of course, it turns out to be the developer, Ken Sanders, with whom George wants to invest. After a rescue party happens to locate the two on the island, the natives engage in an arguement with Sanders, as Louise, after George spills the beans to Louise over his intentions to permanently relocate, makes a clandestine call to his doctor in New York, where she reveals the reason to him why George wants them to relocate permanently there in Hawaii. When his doctor tells her that moving alone won't necessarily reduce his blood pressure without doing the customary things which can help the problem, it puts a damper on George's intentions, as he changes his mind about the move.
