Louise's Old Boyfriend was the 114th overall episode of The Jeffersons TV series, also the third episode of Season 6. Directed by Bob Lally and written by Jerry Perzigian and Don Siegel, the episode made its premiere on CBS-TV on October 7, 1979.
Synopsis[]
Florence decides to impersonate Louise and the result is a three-ring circus. While Louise lingers, uncertain about keeping a 35-year-old "date" with her first boyfriend, Florence seizes the chance to be "Mrs. Jefferson" and keeps it herself.
Storyline[]
Louise is excited when she receives a letter from her old boyfriend, Bill Simpson, asking her out to dinner. However, she decides not to go because she knows George will be upset if she does, so Florence secretly goes and pretends to be Louise, but things get really confusing for Bill when Louise changes her mind and shows up with George in tow.
